Missing Items
To ensure quick and smooth resolution for any issues with your order, we request that you record a full unboxing video each time you receive a package from us. This video should capture the entire process, from opening the package to laying out each item for inspection, in case any items are missing or incorrect. Unfortunately, photos alone won’t suffice. While we work hard to ensure accuracy in fulfilling orders, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you find any items missing, please provide this unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the package. Without it, we’re unable to offer a resolution.
Unwanted Items
If you received the correct product but no longer want it, please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Product quality may be impacted once shipped and handled.
- Due to the nature of these products, returning them (especially if they are not vacuum-sealed) may be risky and subject to potential seizure.
Dissatisfaction Due to Subjective Qualities
We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences or subjective qualities like taste, colour, smell or potency. These factors vary widely according to individual preferences and tolerance levels. Unless a product is defective, all sales are final.
Product Efficacy
Please note that we do not provide medical advice or guarantees regarding product efficacy. Effects can vary based on individual tolerance. Missing Delivery
If your package does not arrive as expected, we will work with the tracking information and shipping details to resolve the issue.
- No Update/Undeliverable: If the carrier marks your order undeliverable, we can issue a store credit or reship the order if available.
- Delivered but Not Received:
- Signature-Required Parcel: If your tracking shows as Delivered without a signature, we can provide a store credit or reship the item. If a signature is recorded, we will consider it proof of delivery, and no refund will be issued.
- No Signature Parcel: If tracking shows ‘Delivered,’ this serves as proof of delivery, and no refund will be issued.
